With Vaisakhi just around the corner, we are excited to invite you to this year’s Vaisakhi Celebration at the Fish Interfaith Center on the Chapman University campus. Join us at 6:30 PM on Tuesday April 11th for an insightful evening with Jasbir S Kang, MD, from Yuba City, California. He will share his vast knowledge with a presentation on “Becoming American: The Journey of Sikhs to America”.

Additionally, we are excited to welcome Shivpreet Singh who will be leading a Meditative Kirtan on the “Garland of Guru Nanak.” This is a unique opportunity to connect with spirituality and learn about the interconnectedness of all things. During his meditation, Shivpreet will discuss the significance of spring, flowers, Khalsa, and how they all relate to Guru Nanak’s teachings.

Lastly, Dr. Jasjit Ahuja and Dr. Gurpreet Ahuja will share their recent experiences on the Sikhlens Heritage Tour to Pakistan. Their first-hand account will provide valuable insights into the history and culture of our community in Pakistan.

Tickets are $30 each. Monies collected will help fund future Sikhlens projects like this.
