The 2021 Sikhlens Calendar features the comic art of Vishavjit Singh. The year is built around his drawings, including a photograph of him at home cleaning a Captain America shield, taken by photojournalist Rene Clement for the Belgian newspaper De Standaard.

Month pages carry his own captions, mixing Sikh prayer (ardaas) with public figures and comic-book identity. A longer artist essay was not printed in this year, so the story here stays with what is on the calendar itself.
